I mean there might be mistakes because you don't know the outcome yet. If we really wanted to feed the world population then we'd all start eating more and more farmed insects, as they are easy to farm, little water, and food to grow them. Rice, beans and potatoes tend to be the cheapest foods in the store. Buy fruits and vegetables that are in season. Many people in the world can't afford to eat meat, and their diets are pretty much vegetarian because meat is expensive. Plants produce more food at a quicker rate than factory farms produce meat. This is a youtuber that only spent 20$ for one week of meals. I know you said a month, but this is pretty impressive and eating meat and dairy for a month with 20$ is impossible in my opinion. Wherever you heard that, you did not get the full story. Your cholesterol levels also rises because there are inflammatory processes going on your body, caused by high amounts of carbohydrates in your diet. You really don't need that much, flax seed in your breakfast is very cheap. Only if you eat like 100% healthy, like most 5-10 vegans do. Sometimes they do not even reach their daily necessary calories. And don't even get me started with comparing animal Omega 3 with the one that can be found on seeds. They are not the same, just like vegetable proteins are not the same as the proteins in meat. 8 minutes ago, uo111 said: You can ferment soy and nut milks, and also ferment vegetables to get the health benefits of fermented foods. Any potential health benefits that dairy products have are negated by their high saturated fat content, and any low fat options have a lot of sugar added. Oh, so you are an animal fat phobic? How interesting, I won't even discuss that with you since you are obviously an anti-fat human being. tryna go ask Alice, tryna catch that rabbit

As only meat contains Vitamin B12, unless you eat some types of alae. Veganism is flawed just like being a Ommivore, nothing is perfect and it's your lifestyle. But just don't tell others that they should change their lifestyle because you don't agree with it. Study's have actually argued that we evolved from cooking food, not just from eating meat. Regardless, we evolved, we are here and healthy, and we now have the option to not eat meat. Did you read the study? I'm not saying I don't "agree" with a lifestyle, I was providing evidence that veganism can help the Earth. FATWIFE, First Lady Of GGD

I'm a flexitarian myself to reduce pollution more than because I feel bad for animals. My sister was part of study, she was vegan for 3 months. Even tho she was super careful about having a balanced diet they stopped the study because like half of the participants including her were literally manurished and with imunine system problems. . Its just that it remind me of a thread made by a vegan literally titled "I hate omnivores" in which he was rude and aggresive If your sister was malnourished, she either has an underlying illness (which with immunity issues makes the most sense) or was not eating properly. Thank you for being open minded with your diet though, little changes help. FATWIFE, First Lady Of GGD
