Meet and Greets

Do you think Gaga is going to do meet and greets in the future? Im sure she enjoys meeting her fans but its probably exhausting to have to meet people who hold you to such a high regard after finishing a 2 hour show and probably being jet lagged.

Also, for those who met her through a meet and greet, was it worth the $1500 or however much it costs?

I think she will continue to pick random people in the audience to see her backstage rather than sell M&G tickets

I mean... I'm sure she met a few of her true fans that just happened to be able to afford it but how many people did she meet on the M&G that just bought tickets cause their daddy swiped his platinum credit card?

Most of her truer fans probably couldn't afford that sort of ticket and save all year long just to get a GA. I don't know I just feel like she's meeting a select few. I presume that's why she still likes to bring fans backstage from the pit.

Honestly I started saving ever since we know that she may be touring next year only for a M&G.

I don't think I can handle waiting at her hotel for her to come out and take a pic and all. I want to have more than a pic, I want to have a serious convo with her.

So if I want more than a pic, I should pay then.

I hope she does, but I don't think she should sell them for thousands like most artists, she should do a lottery so people who can't afford it can get it.

I would not pay $1500 dollars to go see her tbh. I do not believe you should spend that much on an artist who you're going to see for 5 seconds, get a hug and a quick autograph like most do.

I had ARTPOP Zone and it wasn't worth the $1500. (I've discussed why in various other threads.)

Absolutely and as soon as I posted I of course realised that some fans would save up all year long for M&G tickets too. I just don't know if the people in the M&G is a good representation of what her fans are truely like as a large portion of her fans wouldn't have access to the sort of money that can enable them to even save for those sorts of tickets. That's all I'm trying to say.

It's in the 'Have you met Gaga?' thread, I'm pretty sure.  

To summarise, the whole experience wasn't worthy such a high price tag and my experience with Gaga wasn't the best.

I too hope she won't sell special M&G tickets for a crazy price, if people want to pay that money to take a pic and say two sentences to another human being then more power to them, but I don't get it at all.

Picking a few random fans and taking them backstage is perfect

She talks to the group for 30 minutes to an hour and then takes pictures. Its not like a 5 second thing.

I don't know why but I had always loved the aspect of this during the BTWBall. Everybody had the same chance somehow. You just needed luck and it was not based on the question if I could pay those pricey tickets or not.

Hoping she does this again during the next tour, I had no chance to get close to the GA or the Pit

Exactly. I have a feeling that her management sets the prices because paying for her time like that is so not Gaga. Being exclusive like that just isn't what gaga is about if that makes sense. Like you said, they're should be a lottery system so we each have an equal chance. To be quite frank, I don't think I'd ever pay for a meet and greet. It's so incredibly shallow (at least to me). If I were to meet her, I'd want it to be a time for us to have a real honest deep conversation. You know in our pajamas, on a couch with our hair pulled back with a glass of wine in our hands just talking about life. I want the opportunity to give her a real honest hug and say "thank you for being there when nobody else was."
