She has ama, superbowl and probably much more to attend to in case of promotion. She just released her second single and was vocal about politics in her country, that doesn't mean the era is over. It's not like she has to sacrifice her whole existence to promote her new album and do/tweet/post/say only things that has something to do with Joanne. xd Sugar, spice, and everything nice. I cant really see why Gaga doesnt care about promotion. Sure she has AMAs and Superbowl but I dont see her putting much effort into making her new music heard.
