Chances are that his other living spaces are more luxurious than the White House so I don't blame him

His penthouse is the tackiest thing in the world, gold and columns.

He would rather have won the popular vote and Hillary the electoral vote.  Then he could milk that forever without having to do the job, instead back to his old life.

So true.

I really think he doesn't want to do this job properly now that he got it, but that can be scary when you think who is the VP and who can actually run the office so I hope that doesn't happen.

Poor Americans, I really don't think they know what they have done yet :rip:

I totally understand why he'd feel this way - it's gotta be hard to live away from home for four years.

But...dude. You're the President now. You can't be a phone-call and a flight away from the people who need you for immediate meetings- you need to be a door-knock and a walk down the hallway away from solving issues at all times.

This is your president that would CHANGE THE GAME in politics, there you have it, a half-assed work even before stepping into the presidency. Stupid people, Hillary was the ONE, idiots. :saladga:

If he does then Satan Mike Pence will be in charge, so say goodbye to everything LGBT-related 100%.

INB4 little Trumpsters will come and say "stop being mean to him" "you guys are never pleased."

Eh, not a scandalous decision by any means; but people are chomping at the bits of drag him so whatever. Plus "sources say" :koons:

It's one thing to complain about politics but it's another to actually do it. Good luck, DUMP.

Well, I applaud him for this.

If Hillary did this you would all say "she's so humble she would rather stay in her own home!". But Trump does it and he doesn't deserve to be president.

I'm not pro-Trump, at all, but this single attitude doesn't deserve the hate he is getting in this topic. So he would like to stay in his own home, a place he feels good sleeping at night. That's fine. In my country, the president sleeps in his own home rather than the palace, his office, and it's considered a humble gesture.

Whispering

Yep, I left this comment in a thread last night:

According to the New York Times, Trump has been asking how many nights a week he'll be allowed to sleep in Trump Tower in New York, instead of the White House. He also has his staffers looking into ways of hosting large campaign-like rallies throughout his presidency, because he enjoys the energy and adoration he experiences at them.
