This. Little Monsters are like the only fanbase I see on TV when the performer is performing in their city. Like interviews and stuff. I always feel proud.

The Directioners too, I don't know if they're iconic but there's always something trending on Twitter related to 1D, even if it's just something like "oh one of the singers ate a carrot today that's amazing". It's annoying 

But lately I don't hear much anymore about them.

I think monsters have something unique that other fanbases don't. From my time as a GP person and from what I've seen on TV etc, the GP views LMs as part of Gaga. Like when they think of aspects of Gaga's 'brand'; fashion, crazy MVs etc, they also think of little monsters as part of what makes Gaga who she is. I've never seen that at all for any other fanbases, even belibers.

Of course!!!!! Call it cheesy or whatever you want but we aren't "just" a fanbase, we're like family. We may fight and scream at eachother but we always have each others backs the second **** gets real. To many people, you have to share DNA to be family, but gaga taught me that DNA doesn't make you family. Being called Family is a privilege that's earned by always being there when someone needs you the most. When my bff Mandy (who I met at the monster ball. Been besties ever since)got sick, so many people said I was crazy for taking time off of work to fly home. "She's not family so why bother?" they would say. But the truth is, she is family to me. She was there when nobody else was. Lol she and I are so gonna get "sisters never pack up" tattoos when she gets better.

Exactly. We are a massive part of her. We're like her surrogate children in a way. It's her maternal instinct towards us that drives her to want to be close to us. Her love for her monsters runs deep into her core.
