Lady Wood has a higher score because it's very cohesive, modern and its easy listening. Also Tove managed to inject emotion and personality into such a bland genre and not many people have managed to do that. Joanne features lyrics that will only relate to a select audience, has production only a select audience would enjoy and is not that kind of music you can just listen to in any mood.
