Swan Heart 7,382
"I saw an interview of Lady GaGa talking about "Angel Down" and how it was in honor of Trevon Martin and all those fallen from unnecessary police violence. Then a friend of mine showed me a video of Gaga singing the song on the roof of the Bitter End in NY, which is where I live. Seeing all the people on the street singing in solidarity brought tears to my eyes. In remembrance of those who have needlessly fallen and to comfort those effected. For me not just those angels fallen from the hands of those sworn to protect but gun violence everywhere." They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

And the fact that this is coming from a non-fan, who has been so touched by the song and Gaga herself and what she's standing for is amazing. They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.
