FRANZGA 13,920 Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 in our country, a lot of cases where a politician won even just having a win with less than half of the provinces (states equivalent).. because they've got a big lead in places they won and narrow lead in places they lost.. the TOTAL votes is what really matters.. so if TRUMP won but Hillary edges him if you're going to sum it up.. isn't it a MESS??
