I do not know number of eligible voters in each state but let's assume that whole population is eligible to vote. - Wyoming has population of 586,107 and 3 electoral college votes. - California has population of 39,144,818 and 55 electoral college votes. 586,107 / 3 = 195,369 39,144,818 / 55 = 711,724 According to this calculation: - 195,369 Wyoming Votes = 1 electoral college votes. - 711,724 California Votes = 1 electoral college votes. 711,724 / 195,369 ≈ 3.64 Meaning that a person's vote in Wyoming is 3.64 times more valuable than another person's vote in California.
