Anyone know when the revealing of the votes happens? some states have geographically different needs. if california was able to dominate elections you'd have sort of a tyranny of the majority situation. nobody wants to ignore the issues of the less populated middle states because thats how civil wars can start. huge problem to figure out when the founders were hammering out the constitution btw it is definitely not perfect.
