What part of this do you not understand? When the party has access to every state ballot, they do not have to waste time and money gathering signatures all over again. When they gain access to millions of dollars in federal funds, the game changes. They can actually get and buy the attention that the complicit media refuses to give them so they can continue to garner votes and provide a progressive alternative to the Democratic Party that is slowly marching to the right, especially with Hillary at the helm. Look at the primaries for example, the Democratic Party crapped all over the Independent, Millennial and Progressive votes and showed us immense disrespect throughout the whole process. They are welcomed in the Green Party and the Green Party supports their views. This provides an alternative when the Democratic Party stops working for the left and the working class. It's a way to hold them accountable and when they can't be, they will be replaced.

Did I ever tell you to vote for someone? No. I told you that voting for Jill is useless which it is because she has no chan es and your vote isn't going to build a stronger party since the Green Party is not even relevant.

I don't support Hillary and I don't support Trump but it is what it is. One of them is going to be the next president and the Green Party is not going to win anytime soon.

I'm sorry your ideals and expectations are being crushed by this elections but sooner or later we have to grow up and realize the world order is unfair and rigged against the people.

Statistics are what I brought you - no race card. We're currently bombing seven countries, google it and tell me what you see. That's the truth. I don't know why you keep trying to insinuate that Jill "doesn't support Israel." She does. They are an ally and will be treated like one. What she doesn't support is human rights abuses, on either side, but since Palestine is not recognized as a country, it's a little difficult to say that. She wants to stop providing billions of dollars of aid to a country that does not need it when we have people that are homeless and starving here in our own country. It's called priorities.

You can keep saying it's not, but that is exactly what it is. It will build a stronger party, how can you say it wont? Parties don't just pop out of nowhere fully strong and supported. It takes work, time, money and voting/support. The Green Party is obviously relevant enough, since people keep trying to scapegoat them and Ralph Nader for the 2000 Presidential debacle, which has been proven false time and time again.

The Green Party and the Libertarians, for that matter, could win, if people would stop being ignorant and buying into the "lesser of two evils" two-party bull crap. They are on enough state ballots to win the Electoral 270, all it takes is people to vote. To vote their beliefs and ideals, not their fears. Voting for Jill Stein is not a waste, because in 2018-20, we will have a stronger Progressive party to effect change in this country. It also allows me to hold firm in my beliefs, not compromise my morals and values, and have no blood on my hands when either Trump or Clinton murder people and start wars. 

And stop saying "grow up." I'm 23 years old. I know how this country works. I know how voting works. I know how politics works. I study politics. I work in politics. I work for the Democratic Party, so when I say they contradict many things they stand for on a daily basis and are also crooked and corrupt, I mean it. I see it. Every single day.

Why are there only those 2 candidates if they are so terrible, I know in my country when president and stuff like that is chosen there are like 15-20 people at least, few are the most popular but everyone gets as much attention as others.

But people are not going to stop being ignorant and vote for them. That's a fact.

The Green Party and the Libertarians have very little support. It's impossible for them to win a general election with our current system.

If you were educated enough on politics you would know that statistics show that the Green Party needs way more than a few votes to even stand a chance.

If you want to vote Green then go and do it, it's your right and our choice. But that won't change the fact that they stand no chance and that your vote will make no difference in the system.

There are actually more candidates but they have no chances. Usually they can't even get 1% of the votes.

There isn't just two. There's multiple, at least six or seven. But only four can realistically win the Electoral College - whoever are the nominees of the Democratic, Republican, Libertarian and Green Parties. The problem is that due to our very broken campaign finance system, corporations can basically fund entire political hopeful's campaigns (because they obviously expect something in return) and therefor the two main parties (Democratic and Republican) have become virtually corporatist parties. Our news/media has slowly and quietly been becoming monopolized by a few very large corporations who have vested interests in maintaining control of those two parties (whoever wins between them benefits the corps regardless) and since the news control the information voters see, they typically try to exclude all other parties. They do this by utilizing arbitrary polls that inaccurately reflect people's opinion (sometimes omitting other candidates and undersampling different demographics on purpose) to keep their numbers down so they can't make it into the national debates, which is decided by a commission made up of Dems and Repubs and hosted by the corporate news outlets. They manufacture consent and people by into the idea that it is either 1 or 2, Red or Blue. So, that's the issue.

If the Democrats start LOSING because people are voting Green instead, the Democrats will be forced to change their ways and become more like the Greens, or even form a coalition.
