What are you saying, that she is out of touch and dull for thinking she can influence people? I don't think its fair for you to say that.  She doesn't get the opportunity to really delve into the reasoning behind her political opinions but im sure a lot of fans view her as an opinion leader. At the very least, I could see her statements being used as catalysts to influence her fans to do more research on the election and both candidate's positions.

if we were to agree she is indeed influencing people's decision (and that's people of voting age, not 11 y/o gayboys who mostly view politics as the enemy disguised as tedious talk) with just bland statements in a profundity pretense accent (or #HillaryBeOurMama or the 'US could use some rock n roll with a woman on top' comment) well, then you tell me if you'd consider that actual positive impact or yet another indicator of the current democratic disaster.

but you're right, some kid might actually open one of the countless biased articles about the election (that already haunt everyone's existence) and read them with an extra dose of fan bias. that'd be charmingly helpful.

anyway, I don't think I can make you see it the way I do without painting an unnecessarily vulgar picture, so let's let this be the harmless unpopular opinion.

Negatively stereotyping gay men is as offensive as negatively stereotyping a person based on their race or gender.

Some gay men project onto women, in the form of nasty remarks, the insecurities those men have been made to feel about their own bodies by a subculture which promotes an irrationally high standard of physical perfection. Women in turn make their fair share of nasty remarks about other women. This isn't an issue of entitlement, and it's not a uniquely gay issue.

A couple dozen catty young gay men on a pop music forum isn't "proof" that the "majority" of gay men, of which there are millions, all feel entitled to berate women about their physical appearance. That is an appallingly ignorant way to come to any kind of conclusion about how the "majority" of individuals in a minority conduct themselves.

We will just agree to disagree, then. I feel that some (I'll change my tone if its so offensive) gay men are some of the biggest misogynists in the world. I've seen it in real life on multiple occasions. Hence, my zero tolerance for the behavior and anyone who tries to rationalize it.

No. Because like a majority of gay men, they thrive off tearing apart women because they think they can get away with because they're "gay"

And LOL at the Clinton haters FUMING as usual and demanding Gaga keep her mouth shut unless she's ejaculating the same delusion they love to ingest :ladyhaha:

She was responding to me and I'm a woman, and all I was talking about was her fake accents :saladga:

I absolutely was not degrading her or tearing her apart.

Hmm, that's a good question. But if anything, that just means that Ariana should explain why as well.

Everyone you stan should explain. There are many. As I said before, the overwhelming majority of those who have endorsed haven't made some list of why they are doing so.

Nobody should "keep their mouths shut" about politics, I mean, why?

She's an adult, and a free citizen, she can say whatever she wants, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't care about the backlash this might cause on certain parts of the population. She's fighting for what she believes is right.

That is something to admire, not to censor.

People have a choice between a corrupt politician who cares about money and is borderline a psychopath and a narcissist mentally ill "businessman" who got an unhealthy obsession with mexicans and they are going to make that choice while there are third parties, who seem much more sane......okay.....

Gaga speaks of politics SO superficially I wish she would stop. Everything so far just sounds like she supports Clinton bc she's a democratic first woman running for presidency.

If you're gonna attempt to discuss politics Gaga, actually try *discussing* & getting deep into it. ...Look like you have the slightest idea of what you're talking about or stop bc this makes you look so stupid.

Unfortuneatly, most people don't even realize third parties exist & at this point, it's not realistic to vote for one, doing so is kinda throwing out a vote in a way :/

GRL NAH

we have all this other celebrities and pop stars not saying **** and not using her power for other than showing her body and making money for an industry.

I love we have a ONE called Lady Gaga that at least can speak her mind out and be successful as a pop star, still.

I'm tired of pop music, stars and fans, to be seen as dumb or puppet-y. If there's an artist that will do stuff to prove she has a brain, endorse it.

I think I'm going to get dragged for this but the 'accent' she puts on to sound more intelligent or whatever she is aiming for by over-pronouncing words makes me cringe

She's in a foreign country with a real-time translator and tries to make his life easier by speaking very clearly and slowly. Your post is making me cringe. Yuck.

He certainly is a phony, but if he were sincere -- to the extent that it's possible to assemble any kind of coherent philosophy out of his many contradictory statements -- it might even be worse.

It's interesting what Gaga says here, but I don't think you need a showbiz-insider view to see his fakeness, and I don't think that's really much to do with celebrities opposing him.

'as a celebrity, I have inside information on what kind of person Donald Trump actually is'

'and now just because he's a political imposter, but because Hillary is far superior in every single way'

looks like you didn't listen to the video and have the slightest idea of what you're talking about. This makes her look smart because it's really information that no other celebrity has shared.

Do you guys think there is a chance that Lady Gaga was sexually abused by Trump?
