Born This Way is Incredible

I think BTW is overproduced but that's why I love it so much. The songs are so rich in flavor. If you know what I mean.

I dont know why but whenever I listen to the songs, I feel like I just wanna be myself and dance my heart out.

Now it's our turn to help her out! :)

Lol I got in trouble with my landlord for making homemade signs that said "buy Joanne" and taping them to all of the doors in my apartment building. True story. I recruited a couple friends and we taped all 340 doors lol. She was there when we needed her so now it's our turn to be there for her. Lol I bought 14 copies of Joanne and I plan on putting them in stockings for Xmas lol.

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

It has a total sound of its own, it still sounds fresh 5 years later. I think Born This Way has aged the best of all of her albums. Her masterpiece.

Honestly, my fav album by a landslide.

We should not forget, however, that Fernando Garibay was the Artist who put his sound into many masterpieces in that record.

I am really sad that he is not with Gaga anymore, and I really wonder why his name is almost forgotten in this forum?

Imagine Joanne with Fernando in the production, along with Mark Ronson.

P.S. Born this Way was so ahead of its time lyrically and musically. Back then, its sound was kinda 'crowded'. But now that in 2016 we have better technology, the album sounds x100 better. I was floored when I listened to BTW (the song) again lately in modern equipment. That album will be a landmark for future generations, and it will be called an ahead-of-its-time, groundbreaking, piece of art.

When you compare born this way to ALL the pop albums out there in the past 5-10 years, it sounds so superior unique and ahead of everyone.

its retro modern and futuristic at the same time

The instrumentals are better than the album itself tbh.

Born This Way, Hair, Bad Kidz, Americano, and Black Jesus are some of the worst Gaga songs, but the instrumentals, on their own - amazing.

Government Hooker, Schiesse, Heavy Metal Lover, and Electric Chapel are the best songs on the album, but even they sound better without her voice on the track.

Also, the instrumentals during the verses on Bloody Mary - best. instrumental. ever.

I usually think of the album as being overproduced, and it is, as a whole, but the instrumentals by themselves are pretty great.

what's wrong with u? :cryga:

I never really liked the song. The lyrics and melody do nothing for me.

I'm so happy I got to experience it. My tour date was only a week or two before she broke her hip.

It was sad though because I knew she must have been in so much pain during my concert but NO ONE would have guessed that.

That was the concert she almost touched my hand during BR and peered into my soul during Highway Unicorn

She has the most captivating eyes. They really do feel like they look into your soul. When she was at Dinah Shore in 2009, she walked along and gently grabbed the first rows hands while performing pokerface. As soon as she touched my hand, it was like a jolt of electricity went through my body. She gently squeezed it and for that split second, everything felt right in the world. She has the softest hands. I mean like baby butt soft haha. I gotta find out her secret lol
