I'm still shocked we never got a review from Billboard. Can anyone think of any publications that could still review the album? We are bound to get a couple more. Most albums on MC peak with 30-ish reviews and Joanne has 23.

Didn't MTV recently review Joanne? Why hasn't their review been put up? I thought they counted as music reviewers.
