You literally buy it for the price listed and the auction ends immediately. The auction started at zero, there is a reserve price though. If the reserve isn't met the auction won't go. However it's strange that they would put a reserve and a buy it now. They could have just set the reserve at $65,000 and then if bidding went over they could make more money. By having a buy it now option for $65,000 they pretty much guaranteed that to be the most they can make - after all why would anyone bid more than 65k when they can just buy it for that price?
