Hint: they endorse Republicans each and every time. This is no surprise, it does not reflect on Trump's other supporters and it is frankly not worthy of mention. This is clickbait sensationalism. Yes it does reflect on Trump's supporters. Trump has repeatedly demonised racial minorities and has repeatedly advocated for right wing extreme positions. Trump is behind KKK values, he doesn't have to explicitly state that for us to get it. Listen to what he says. Trump's supporters support his ideas and since Trump's ideas are KKK related and KKK endorsed, it is only logical to conclude that his supporters are indeed supporting the KKK and all alt-right extremist groups. Anyone who knows an inch about political history knows that the Democrats were firstly KKK type groups and were extremely pro-slavery/ right winged conservatives. The party roles/ values switched after a series of events and the KKK has also switched their support.

No, it means that ISIS sees that Hillary aligns with some of their own values. An endorsement means you support that candidate and their values.
