She's honestly so overrated it pisses me off.

I just found an article titled Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’: How the writing credits reveal her genius.

The article is praising her to the heavens for the fact that she is even included as a writer on the album. She wasn't the lead writer or producer on any of the tracks, merely a contributor (Hold Up had 15 writers, 6 Inch had 12 for instance). Overall the album had 72 writers. Now this doesn't make it bad at all, but the fact that they praised her for this is BS. 

It then goes on to justify it by saying:

And Beyoncé’s not the only artist whose liner notes look this way. All pop stars work with songwriters, producers, and samples to create their art. Taylor Swift brought on songwriters for her first pop album 1989. Rihanna’s Anti credited more than 30 writers. So did the Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness. Kanye West’s most recent album The Life of Pablo employed more than 100 writers.

Then the part that really grinds my gears:

A popular album in 2016 with fewer than a dozen writers would be a massive anomaly.

Joanne had 12 writers, (and we all know how liberal Gaga is with her writing credits) Gaga was the lead writer on all but two tracks (Perfect Illusion, Come To Mama), and she was a producer on all of them. Will there be an article praising Gaga for this? Absolutely ****ing not.

I am not saying this discredits Bey in any way, merely using it as an example of how in the eyes of the GP, she can do no wrong. Yes she is a talented singer and performer, but there's better. Way better.

Some of you are so ignorant. Because someone doesn't play an instrument or writes all of her songs she isn't creative? She's on the top of her game. She shades everyone with her show, dance moves and voice. She's one of the most creative people in the industry right now.

She is struggling to remain relevant. I doubt she is one of the top 5 pop culture figures to be honest. Adele, Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift are all bigger and Lady Gaga is a bigger name too. No one besides pop culture geeks know who her husband is. She only has a couple of hits. The only things going for her are a biased media who try and portray her as flawless, and a massively competitive fanbase and a lot of half hearted fans who show up at her badly choreographed concert shows. Just my opinion.

She steals other people performances! And dance moves, how is that being on top of her game? She a good singer not a vocalist! She can only sing one style of music. She has one of the most stealing creative teams in the music industry right now! I don't respect her because she doesn't write her music and tries to pass off someone else work as her own.
