This is corny. I don't like The Chainsmokers but they have every right to say they don't like a song, and they already apologized when they didn't need to. Gaga's response was clever and it should have been left at that, he's trying too hard.

Yeah but The Chainsmokers are just two assholes who think they own the music industry.

You can dislike a song but as a professional musician, you can keep your mouth shut.

Mark may have been reaching but the Chainsmokers just rub me the wrong way. They just have this douchey aura about them that makes me dislike them, regardless of what they said about PI.

Gaga and her team have to put their egos on break.

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

They posted about being back home on Instagram/snapchat right before they made that tweet so yeah, Mark jumped the shark.

I am LIVING for the shade/bitchiness Gaga and her team are serving this era!! So glad that "online kindness" crap is dead and gone. Its about time they put the critics in their place and I hope it continues for the rest of her career :whitney:

They did far more than that. They said the song sucked and went on to say the music industry is copying them. They continue to pick fights with several more established musicians in the industry. They just need to learn to not insult their peers.

Yea not really. Who are they to try and come for the actual musical talents and well-established names that produced PI? You don't have to like the song, but as a professional musician you should have the discipline to respect your fellow artists' work without completely trashing it.

You literally never see Gaga doing that to anyone. She may have certain opinions about how music should be made and not for the sole purpose of selling as much as you can, but she's not actively out trashing musicians because she doesn't like one of their songs.

They tweeted about being back home 5 hours before the "and we're back" tweet. So, no he didn't. The tweet with the middle finger emoji was closer to their song returning to #1 than touching down in the US.

The difference between being a male and a female in the industry. These two assholes can constantly put down other musicians and we're supposed to respect their opinion. If a woman did that, she'd be some awful "bitch".

Lets not act like if Katy Perry did everything these two douchebags have done that all these "leave them alone" opinions would be "drag the bitch".
