I got what u tryna say. Since it's been known that Hillary pays people to go to Trump's rallies to cause some violence etc, his statement basically meant that Hillary was the one who wanted this young man to play the role of a "thug" and cause havoc. Nethertheless, he should be careful with his words, and the fact that he identified a black man and guessed that he would play the role of a "thug" is cringy and a stereotype that needs to stop
