Honestly, she should use "Million Reasons" to build on the concept of the version of herself that would have been, if she had not become famous. She could live out parts of that life through the video.

I was thinking the same thing the other day. Her playing the song in bars while walking down the city with a guitar and stuff.

I still interpret million reasons as "She had a 100 million reasons to let go (people who hurt her, men who screwed her over, people who tried to mold her into something she wasn't, people who just saw her as a money making machine, etc) but we gave her a 100 million reasons to stay.". So maybe something like a black and white video of her packing up her things into boxes and the video flashes back to all of the people that hurt her and screwed her over.

She wipes the tears away and proceeds to tape the final box shut. She realizes she needs a permanent marker to mark the box and as she leaves to go retrieve the marker, a single fan letter gently flutters to the ground. She picks it up and the camera pans back to a wall covered with all of the gifts/letters we have given her.

She wipes a tear away and it dawns on her " to quit the show would mean leaving her monsters behind and that very thought rips her heart out. We're just as much a part of her as she is of us. She can't imagine life without us. She promised she would always be there to catch us when we fell and to quit the show would mean breaking that promise." She tapes the letter back up to the wall, wipes a tear away, and gently whispers "I'll stay for you guys." And proceeds to unpack all of the boxes.

There are two Gagas. 

Gaga1 is in a huge house full with gold and fancy furniture, she's alone and has pictures of the lover in the house.

Gaga2 is poor and on a farm, she looks very old and tired. She's alone on the farm and her husband died a couple of years ago. 

Gaga1 is basically lonely because of the fame. She gave her all to fame and when she was close to a breakdown, no one was there for her. So during the Video, she destroys the home, she's crying mascara tears and just wishes for things to be different.

At the same time, Gaga2 is crying over lost love. She wishes that she could've stopped the death of her husband and begs for the Lord to show her the way to happiness. 

As dramatic as it is, during the bridge, Gaga1 runs outside and it's raining. She's crying and wishes for things to be different. Gaga2 is full of dirt because she needs to feed her animals and she also feels alone and breaks down. 

At the final Chorus they all finally come clear that that's now their life is and if they don't fight with it, they just can lose. So, Gaga1 and Gaga2 are both finally seeing strength and stand proudly in the rain. 

During the last seconds, the rain stops and both Gagas look up to the sun. 

The end.

Wow, I was going into this thinking I'd read your video idea and laugh or cringe but my god, your idea could turn out into the best Gaga video ever, got goosebumps just reading it.
