I must admit I didn't even try to listen to it ever since the terrible mistake Britney Jean was. I only listened to Coupure Electrique that made me laugh for days (I'm french). I'd finally add that I think Make Me is terrible terrible terrible.

Omg stop with the "karma" posts. ARTPOP was a rough spot but it wasn't half as bad as Britney's last two eras. Plus we still have the music AND the bling, the army has a 3 minute music video full with product placement and featuring G Eazy.

Not to be the one to stick up for Britney Spears but it's not like Lady Gaga is blowing past these numbers. Just because we eliminated any expectations from Gaga's sales performance doesn't mean what she's pulling with Joanne is particularly impressive.

Her single choice was terrible. The video was not exciting to me. And she totally wasted a great opportunity at the VMAs. 

 

That being said, I'll be seeing her again next year in Vegas.

Are you really surprised? From scrapping a video that would have generated some hype, to the one we got. The screencap cover art, lackluster VMA performance and promoting POM over the album itself, she can't expect it to sell. Aside from DYWCO and MM, nothing has been promoted nor given the consumer anything that will encourage them to purchase the record. You won't see the songs performed, there will be no tour and most you will get is a radio interview or a video where she downplays who she is for her kids or anyone else. They treat Britney like she should be ashamed of being sexy and she's playing into it by saying she's a mom now, she can't do any edgy things anymore.

I tried listening to Glory but I gave up. It wasn't for me. I still love Britney though it's been years since I've been touched by any of her songs. She had the Nicki Minaj effect on me; I just want to be as Gay as possible when her song comes on. Lol

I hope this shuts her twitter stans up, they're so annoying. Glory has some good tracks but overall the album is meh.
