All of its promo was before it was a single, that doesn't magically transfer over when it becomes a single. 2. Award show performances launch singles all the time, the BBMA's launched Send My Love, the VMA's launched Side To Side and caused Make Me to repeak. 3. Gaga wouldn't just cancel her MR performance, it will be involved in her performance in some way, she isn't stupid, even if she is doing singles differently. 4. Of course Joanne is falling, it's in its 4th week. It is selling a lot better than a lot of mainstream pop albums at this point. It was sent to HAC and Pop literally over a month ago but it's only blowing up now. I'm excited for it to become a hit for Rih since it's such a good song but streaming seems to be a problem for her, which is odd considering her streaming power.
