I agree, she didn't actually say she will send songs to radio but I think she will. She didn't flat out say "I'm not releasing any singles", she just said she wasn't doing it in the same way.

I always wondered how artists like Marina and Lana could manage to release multiple videos per album when they don't even have an ounce of the charting power as LG, yet we got 2 with ARTPOP 

This style suits the album more I feel, many songs have potential but I fear this tactic is to cover up any under-performances cause you bet your ass if a song does well it will be promoted LIKE a single
