Are you ill???? You deleted some of the best songs.

WHY ARE YOU DELETING SONGS FROM THE ALBUM?????????

I simply dont like slow songs from Gaga (I only love speechless) and so thats why im not interested in these songs.. I know they are beautiful songs but I can relate to any of them and I only listen to slow songs I can relate to. As for me being ill, I dont know how having a preference in music makes me ill.

I would never delete it, this album is my jam.

Hey Girl is a grower and I sometimes skip PI cause it feels a bit out of place.

I don't see the point in buying something and then deleting it.

According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch

I am kind of curious now. But do people think Mama is a horrible song? Like would you have liked the song if it was in a different context? Like say she released an EP or album that was completely 50s/60s Phil Spector pop, would that song work more for you then?

Or do people just hate the song full on? And if so, I'm curious what people actually hate about it. Not because I can't understand. More like im curious now. I can def understabd the lyrics are a bit cheesy. And the sound is very shmalzty. But that's the style of those songs ( in that era). They were very over dramatic and sentimental.

Edit:

I just think the song really nails the production / style of that era. I do think that the song is out of place on the album (stylistically). But I'm more curious if people think it's a bad song (like poor writing), or if it's just a subjective thing (you just don't like the style of the song), or perhaps the song suffers from not fitting in the Tracklist.

I hate the song.  It does nothing for me and doesn't fit the album.    Cheesy, schmaltzy, you nailed it.

NONE of them! No matter how much I feel I don't want to listen to a track.. I always come back to it and start thinking about it non-stop. :cryga:

For instance I can't stop listening to Hey Girl rn but it sounded the weakest at first listen. Then I thought.. "I could sing this without sounding like a gay twat :poot:" then boom. And also the bridge.

Then Just another Day.. when she sang the snippet I was like meh but now it feels like the most positive and cheerful song on the album.

And I don't understand the hate with Come to Mama, I wasn't particularly in love when she sang the snippet but after listening to the track I CANNOT STOP singing those lines "Man it wasn't that long ago we were all living in the jungle, so why do we gotta put each other down when there's more than enough love to go-gogo around.." and I really love the production on it.

Diamond Heart is my least fave on the album. But it's growing on me... at a really slow pace. Still haven't deleted it though.

I dont mind insulting Gaga and her work, im only interested in listening to music I love..

Ok then just skip them, maybe to you it doesn't make sense but I'd never delete a song from an album if I like it overall, even if I don't want to listen to some songs. I don't know.. it's an album, not just some bunch of songs put together :cryga:

Bette Davis

I don't delete them, but I add all the Gaga songs that I love to a playlist. Come to Mama, Angel Down and Just Another Day won't be making the cut for now. I personally don't like that cheesy 50s/60s sound of Come to Mama or The Beatles/Elton John sound of Just Another Day. I adore the lyrics and message of Angel Down but musically it just doesn't click for me. I may remove Grigio Girls as the corny laughing and voices at the end of it starts to drive me nuts which is a shame because I love the rest of it.

Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.

I don't know why it quoted twice.

But I don't underdtand this logic. Songs can grow on you even if you don't like them at first.

What's the point in deleting a song after listening to it for a week?

It just seems to be a dig at the vision of the album.

Currently listening to Joanne
