Why did Gaga do all that Disney princess stuff a while back

It was a long time ago. It was a Disney princess theme. Was she just flopping around looking for inspiration? Or is ha cruella deville era cumming

I think it was originally going to tie in to the themes ARTPOP would have explored, but plans changed, things got scrapped, and the ARTPOP that we got wasn't the ARTPOP that she was thinking of releasing when the Disney Princess idea was floating around.

I believe that's where she was at the time, simple as that. Not saying she was gonna do a Disney inspired album, but the whole idea of mixing something so innocent (Disney) with something the opposite of innocent (drugs, being high) ... I think there's a concept somewhere there. She just moved on too quickly thanks to the hip injury that whatever could've come out of that time was lost. I guess ARTPOP came after that.

At least that's how I look at it.

I honestly do believe ARTPOP was supposed to have a lot more animation in it, but, like many have said, things changed.

Her hip breaking changed a lot for for the ARTPOP era, I believe. We do not have the same product that she was nearly finished with at the beginning of 2013. However, I am happy with what I got. And it does have some of her bet work.
