Monster Voices 1,024
Heavy metal lover is one of the weakest BTW songs. And Fashion of his love is one of my faves. And as far as I see here it is unpopular that I thing A-YO would slay as a single and I LOVE it. Forever and Always!

PartySick 159,880
Imo, the Swine performance at SXSW is easily one of her best. So gutsy, so...literal and gross I love it Sidenote: please keep it cute, guys. No over the top responses and remember to be respectful of one another and Gaga. 🌸Flourishing and vibrant🌼
Quartz 12,534
The stuff she does to her face will make her a Donatella 2.0. Honestly Gaga, stop. She was more articulate in interviews during the earlier days. Has her drug use caught up with her? Inside, we are really made the same. 🕊
littlepotter 75,130
I don't think Diamond Heart is just a coincidence. Bitch knows she's having Taylor shook. Apart from the hook, Joanne the song did not do anything for me. The melody and music is just too bright for a song like this. I love A-Yo. Perfect Illusion is still one of my favorites from Joanne. chaeri pls

Maleficent 6
She's comes of as being way too prententious, to the point where I feel interviewers (like Ellen and Kimmel) are too intimated by her uptightness to make a light-hearted joke about her. Clip 5,100
Joanne is my least favourite song from the album. The chorus is really nice but she sings soooo slowly that it drives me crazy

The melody and music is just too bright for a song like this. I cry almost every time I hear it. There's a vulnerability about her voice that I find genuinely devastating, and the brightness of the song is what makes the song so meaningful. It is about her father and his family losing a family member, and if Joanne had a depressing sound like Dope, that would feel really out of place. Letting go is what makes grief so hard, and because the song is so light, it really seems like Joanne is being torn away. Loss always comes too soon, and because the beat is so quick, it's like the melody is drifting her away faster than they are ready to comprehend. "Where do you think you're goin'?" is just so powerful to me. It's such an innocent phrase, and my heart sinks everytime Gaga sings it. I can just feel the hope drain as the song goes on. Joanne is the first song ever to make me cry, and the lyrics are some of the most beautiful words to describe such a tragic event. Spoiler How did you like my report, professor? Debaser 50
Scheiße is overrated. A fairly good copy of Bad Romance but not a highlight by any means. It's actually one of the weakest songs on BTW. Though I used to LOVE it, so I get where the fans are coming from. But I've got tired of it completely and now I usually skip it. Dancin' in Circles is the worst song on Joanne. The only redeeming quality are the daring lyrics. Musically it's just a decent demo and Gaga's vocals on the verses are weak and grating. An amazing collab in theory that fell flat. Never got Speechless. Can't listen to it. It's boring and doesn't move me at all. You and I, however, is in my top 5 ever. Go figure. The Fame is unjustly dismissed by a lot of fans. The fact that it was so successful and mainstream doesn't necessarily mean that it's not original. I still think her sound back then was really unique, and the album is great, with surprisingly no fillers (Though Boys Boys Boys comes close). Paper Gangsta, Money Honey, Summerboy... so damn underrated. Poker Face is overrated. It sounds iconic, true, but I get tired of it somewhere around the middle. Hell, even JD is far better. Paparazzi is everything. Gaga's music was always Rock music with synths imo. A single song of hers has more Rock spirit than a lot of "Rock" bands these days have in their entire career. Perfect Illuision is one of her best ever, especially the chorus. Also those are probably my favorite vocals from her, behind Swine maybe. That's it for now
