"A-YO" "Come to Mama" "Grigio Girls" :awkney:

(Not defending Glory and shading Joanne, just sayin)

Yes, but there is an obvious difference between shitty top 40 stuff for kids and Gaga's new music. Obviously it's better than Glory, because Glory is most likely for the easily pleased who find Justin Bieber impressive and Katy Perry and Taylor Swift. And yeah, "Grigio Girls" made me cringe til I heard it lmao

EDIT: I'm not here for "Come to Mama" anyway, I didn't listen in full after I hated the sound of the snippet. Same with "Just Another Day" and "Hey Girl".

I haven't heard Glory but if the first single and thoae awful promo singles are anything to go by its a God awful album.

It actually has some gems you shouldn't miss out on. Do you wanna come over, Change your mind, Love me down to name a few.

It's not like Private Show was praised. That's not how most of the album is  And I agree that Clumsy is horribly messy as well. But that's it.The rest of the album is great

Yes, the rest isn't bad, but that's not the point. The point is no song on Joanne reaches these levels of 'badness'. Critics are biased, that can't be argued.

Joanne is a much more cohesive album & era. 90% of it produced and written by 3 people with beautiful album & single covers.

Glory is like a melting pot of songs from a wide array of producers but still has some fantastic gems e.g Love Me Down, Mood Ring, Slumber Party, Change Your Mind, DWYCO:applause:

I love Glory!!! Such a fun record. And shows off britney's powerful vocals in songs like what you need. Just so fun great for parties and socialising. Joanne is good too but its not an entertaining album when guests come round its not one for parties really. Its a headphones in bedroom record. I think I enjoy glory more tbh because it makes me smile more. Joanne makes me feel sad while I appreciate its good artistic value. Sometimes you just wanna bit of fun and Britney has more than delivered again!

Now we are gonna compare Joanne to Glory now :awkney: ?! Is this even a question ?! :madge:

Sure, Glory is fun. But that's it !! :neyde:

I don't see critics say glory is authentic or not but when it comes to lady gaga they gonna talk anything but the music.  Anyways I don't really care anymore in the time that Megan Trainor won a Grammy :madge: it's gonna be messy for a while

So you think a good album is one that makes you feel nothing, provides background noise and has no depth?

Your description of glory is scathing.

bc joanne sucks :giggle: jk but imo glory > joanne so the scores are well deserved. its not like joanne got 50 or something. (its a good album so imo both glory and joanne deserves higher scores)

my album rank for female popstars this year so far:

1. ANTI

2. Lemonade

3. Glory

4. DW

5. Joanne

6. Thank you

7. 7/27

You can't even compare them, but okay let's do it:

Joanne is like your cute and lovely grantmother makes out of the most secret family recipes sumptuous meal for the whole family and friends where you enjoy together the special spices for this evening: laugh, dance, eat, drink and crie together - all the old memories and feelings   Your soul is connected with you and the intensive moment and shines like a diamond at this cozy warm place.

Glory is like to go to an fast food restaurant with some people before a cool party starts. It's fun. ( people because Britney is not involved and it's too impersonal )

ARTPOP is like to organize with your friends a fun, crazy, ruffled party with some creative games and dance the whole night. Flesh Tone from Kelis adds more creativity and heart to this night

Or critics just like Britney's album more...
