The way her voice gets really thin when she sings "two" (hundred or two) in the first verse is way more noticeable, especially since its at the beginning of the song. The album is full of missed notes, here or there, but it's completely intentional. No one sings perfectly in-tune, and Gaga clearly wanted to showcase vocal power over AutoTune-y precision.
