i strongly disagree. it has a demi lovato/pink/kelly clarkson adult contemporary rock-pop feel and its alot less jarring then PI. It would've done much better as its more commercially friendly and catchy.

I disagree. I think people would've responded better to Angel Down than Perfect Illusion. I like Perfect Illusion, but it's not very melodic or catchy--there's like one hook and it's a little grating/shouty over multiple listens (granted I've listened to it like 400 times lol). 

I voted for Diamond Heart but I think a ballad lead single is totally capable of being successful for Gaga.

MR is doing exceptionally well, considering it has no radio play. still top 40 on itunes after having been out for almost 3 weeks. If it had a radio deal, some performances, a nice video and the initial buzz of being a comeback single that PI had, it wouldve likely gone top 5.
