The uptempoes on Joanne aren't "pop" enough to be successful singles. Which is why i think she should go with the ballads:

Million Reasons as the sing along ballad

Angel Down as a statement song

Neither tbh. JW isn't mainstream enough. DIC is, but sounds like a demo and doesn't leave much of an impression imo (though the lyrics are interesting)
