But if that's the case, she won't be defined as a Supreme because all Supremes die. In this scenario, she would be more of an entity who bestowed the power to the witches. Murphy, what's the truth???

Yea, thats why! :spin:

inb4 Murphy just ignores the rules he set in Coven :emma:

Who could their ally be? Maybe the aliens from Asylum? The vampires are definitely evil and most likely would side with the Antichrist. Omg I can already imagine the mess. Cordelia's coven plus the aliens versus the Antichrist, demons and the new Supreme :emma:

Concerning the fact it was said that Tituba and black voodoo witches were the ones who gave white witches their powers it's only Marie Laveau's version of the story... It's probably not true. Scathach is definitely the one who is the origin of witches.

Didn't Fiona rebuke/dismiss that claim of Marie?

Wait wait WAIT. The current Supreme's powers only get passed to the next when the previous Supreme dies. Scathach is immortal right? How can she pass the Supreme's legacy????

She's the mother of them all! The closest to the old gods! The one with the most power!

The "alphas" of monsters/creatures/magical beings usually have abilities that surpass their predecessors. I won't be surprised if Scathach managed to find a loophole or cast a spell that made her immortal or if it's because of her naturally strong affinity to her gods.

Ryan Murphy also said he wants to go back to Coven in a future season, but not in 7. Which is great! I love the lore of Coven a lot. It's not the best season in terms of thrills and scares, but is the most interesting to me because of all the back story.

Exactly! Like how Hercules is only half god, half human, so his abilities are weaker and he's bound by mortal limiations, like death. Scathach and her children would be the same. She's... something... they'd be demi-somethings. Half what she is, half human. They'd have abilities like her, but be limited because they're half human. Also, don't forget that being a witch is genetic, and can skip generations and lie dormant.

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Do you mean successors? That makes sense. She would be the most powerful Supreme then

I don't know if she'll have more screen time but her appearance in Roanoke > Hotel. I didn't even watch the whole hotel season.

She did a wonderful job for Roanoke.

She definitely acted better on Roanoke but you have to watch Hotel for Gaga. Seeing her there is also sooo priceless

So Ryan Murphy confirmed that Gaga's character Scathach is 'the original supreme'.

I remember earlier this year he said they had 2 themes revolving around children, and weren't sure which one to choose, so ended up doing both.

I vaguely remember them discussing in Coven, how they all descended from earlier witches, and being a witch is hereditary through bloodlines.

Scathach is a nymphomaniac and is said to have to 'satisfy her desires'.

What if Scathach is purposely impregnating herself over and over, and is breeding a clan of 'witch' children, who eventually pass on their magical genetics to their children? What if she is revealed to have like 10, scary, bush-children? What if her 'desires' are actually to reproduce every year during the blood moon?

theres a whole episode on the history of supremes

The sad part tho - Gaga won't be playing Scathach in the next coven season. Remember, she isn't Scathach. She's the actress who played Scathach.
