It sounds kind of like a lament. A funeral song. A song with a video that shows the evil in the world. It almost feels... Christmassy... terrible description but I love the vibe it's giving. Oh my gosh the lyrics Those haunting noises woven through it. "Why do people just stand around?" this is hitting me in the heart Her high notes. She sounds like a creature singing out in sadness. I'm so bad at describing what I mean. "Where are our leaders?!" There's such a darkness to this song and I really love it. The only experimental song on the album and I love it a lot. It is very reminiscent of a horror movie. But the twinkling, music-box sounds mixed in lighten it a bit. I already know a lot of people will hate this song but I really like how it turned out. And the last part was everything! It made me cry. The song has a strong message. When I listen to it, I imagine all the shooting and bombs and the victims. At the end of song (see the angel catch the angel) I imagine an innocent kid, who's amibition and has big dreams, crying and gavin up on everything, waiting to be shut down... and then the song stops cutting the last word, last breath! It's hauntingly beautiful, musically kinda eerie/creepy even and the lyrics are kind of like a prayer (Not the Madonna song, please don't murder me) or a desperate dirge. And I might be late on the track, but is this the song everyone called 'Chaos Angel' ? I mean, it makes sense, doesn't it? But maybe my brain is just overtired from depression related insomnia.
