It is so obvious she is talking about her go go dancing and stripping days, after dropping out of college to go chase her dream. I think 100% she's singing about her rapist in the first and second verses. She's talking about someone who took her innocence and made her feel like she's "never good enough" but she's come to realize that it doesn't matter anymore. She's still go-going, just on a much larger scale, hence the one, five, ten, lay a million on me: now she makes millions for doing what she used to do in bars.
