She should care if she wants to have money to release albums ,singles ,MV and do promo but you all are delusion you think music industry is just about music 

I know that you think that Gaga has lots of money and she can do it on her own the answer is NO , many third parties are involve in an album and in promoting it she could do maybe 2 albums on her own but if they flop in sales she in left without anything.
