It's funny how Gaga gets this but the people from my church still support him

My best guess would be that most of the people in your church don't have as much self-reflection on a regular basis as you do? From your posts, you seem open minded and self-aware, welcoming of most change, and happy to learn. That is miles ahead of general population, and nothing to do with religion really haha.

Oh please :smh:

The majority of entertainers have come out against Trump. If some Trump supporter is going to base their entertainment choices on who supports the racist-misogynist along with them, they are going to have a VERY narrow selection of entertainment sources.

The same with a group of my family. It is mind boggling, isn't it? They believe his "apology" was "sufficient" or they are excusing it away, saying it is "locker room talk". :wtf:

If we had a normal elections with at least 1 super likable candidate like Obama, you were correct.

But even people who are voting for Hillary hates her..

People get so heated over a simple thing:awkney:

And i dont care what people say. Im catholic and have gone to christian masses and they are NOT THE SAME thing. I think everyone quoting me are probably atheist, so they know little to zero on how religion is ACTUALLY practiced.:lana:

I did the same when I was younger, going to mass that is. Obviously, mass is not going to be the same thing as a Baptist congregation or whatever "Christian" mass you've said you've gone to. With that said, there is no such thing as a specifically Christian and a specifically Catholic mass, they are both the same thing, i.e. you go to Catholic mass means you are going to a Christian mass; additionally, Christianity is not one definite religion, meaning Christianity is not just a singular Christian religion as it encompasses a variety of branches like Baptism, Lutheranism, Orthodox, Calvinism, Catholicism etc.

I would give up on this, but you cannot go around thinking in this manner. It is very uneducated, and I don't mean to make it sound so harsh, but that's the truth. By your logic, Sunni Islam is an entirely separate entity to Shia Islam, which it is not as they are both Islam. Catholics believe in Jesus Christ having been the Messiah and having died for peoples' sins. This is one of the bases for Christianity as it is today. This is one of the fundamentals separating Christianity from Judaism and Islam, the one that ties Catholicism with all the other Christian denominations

The majority of people voting for Trump are the same people who hated Obama eight years ago and four years ago.

Don't be ridiculous. Hundreds of celebrities and entertainers have come out in support of Hillary and millions of voters voted for her over Bernie. Those people aren't haters.

Very few people make their entertainment choices based on politics. If they did, they would have to cut out almost all current music, movies and tv shows. I guess they could watch Duck Dynasty and listen to Rush Limbaugh and Fox News all the time. :yay:

There are no morals in this election and when there were in the past, that was only faking it.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
