I was having a hard time thinking of a bad Gaga performance, but that definitely "wins". I didn't *love* Gypsy on SNL, but at least it was cute/funny. While I don't think this is her best, the truth of The Fame album and that era, especially at the beginning...it was an extremely hard album to perform at tempo and live. Acoustically, it was amazing. Literally every time she sat down to play a song on the keyboard or piano, nothing but grand musical magic came out of her mouth, and her stage presence was felt even in the smallest room or biggest venue. This performance is actually one of her better, because she was doing some vocal gymnastics that she learned to add in to make it more interesting live than what her base voice sounded like on the album version. However, Just Dance has some truly truly cringe worthy performances under its belt, because she tried to do them like the album every single time except for one.
