Just because it's not an album full of electro pop/dance tracks does not equate to "not pop". That being said, I'm not sure I can picture her releasing another album of straight-up electro pop music. I can definitely see her next album containing more of that type than Joanne, but I would be surprised to see another album like The Fame or ARTPOP.
