Slayer 9,227
I know this sounds crazy and probably no one else will hear a similarity, but every time I listen to the Angel Down snippet (which, I think, will end up being the best song on the album) I think of Feed The Birds from the Mary Poppins musical. I can't even describe why that comes to mind because they only share about two or three similar notes. Maybe it's the sad, kind of beaten-down tone of the songs that's similar, I just don't know. Do any of the new songs remind you of other songs or artists you've heard? I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!

Impostor 4,114
I don't think they share the same notes, but Angel Down reminds me of Princess Die, maybe because of the melancholia in both songs.

The Fame Monster 4,278
I have waited this thread for a while now!!! And YES,- Hey Girl reminds me of Bennie and the Jets by Elton John (I'm mad that I wasn't the first one to say this ). - Joanne reminds me of Princess Die. There's something Norah Jones about this song. - Million Reasons reminds me of Stay With Me by Sam Smith.- Just Another Day reminds me some of Gaga's really early stuff like Future Love, Fooled Me Again or Again Again.
