My review:

Diamond Heart: I was expecting a heartbreak song so was pleasantly surprised. I love this one, but I don't understand what it's about at all. I just love that "Young American" part/Do you have a girlfriend?" I'm intrigued to hear where this is going.

A-Yo: I love this too! But I actually prefer the versus to the chorus, but I can't wait to hear what that breakdown and "we smoke em all/A Yo" sounds like on the CD.

Joanne: This is beautiful. It's really stunning, and it isn't a straight forward ballad which I like.

John Wayne: I have to say I'm not a big fan of the snippet so far, but I am not a MJH fan either and I do see the resemblances. I'm sure the full version will be awesome though.

Dancin' In Circles: I don't get why everyone is hyping this one, like the previous track, personally. I think the spoken part sounds fantastic, a bit like voodoo, and I can't wait to hear it in full.

Sinner's Prayer: Not a favourite but I do enjoy it, the lyrics are great. It's nice to hear her do a full country song.

Come to mama: I actually love this! I thought the title was cringey and expected a sexual song or something, but this is such a nice surprise. It sounds like a song from a different era, but not in a cheesy/try hard way like a lot of these "throwback" songs sometimes do. And I love the message.

Hey Girl: I definitely hear the Elton John "Jets" beat someone has mentioned. This song isn't as slow as I imagined. Their voices sound beautiful and I like the message, I think this will be better in full.

Angel Down: OMG that opening line of the snippet is stunning! This is what I imagined Diamond Hearts to sound a bit like going on the track name. The lyrics of this song are stunning and I just know it's building to some explosion. Probably gonna be one of my faves.

Grigio Girls: I CAN'T BELIEVE MORE PEOPLE DON'T LOVE THIS! It is one of my favourites, and the only track I cried to (except MR). It is so bittersweet, and is the perfect tone for the song's meaning. I can see this song working for a lot of scenarios in life, I really can't talk enough about how much I love this. I bet that this track is going to be an underrated masterpiece and one day people are just going to "click" with it.

Just Another Day: Not at all how I expected it, I expected something like a subdued jazz song. But it's really pleasant, it's the sort of song that is hard to dislike. Like I said with Mama, when some people do these "throwback" songs they sound so cheesy or irritating and inauthentic, but this just sounds so right with her voice and the composition. I bet this will be awesome.

Million Reasons is one of my fave songs, beautiful and heartbreaking. And every listen it just gets better. PI took some time for me to love, and while I'm still like "hmm this isn't what i expected" that song gives me so much energy and I just want to scream and blast it out. The more I listen the more I enjoy it. I really think this will be the case with the whole album, it sounds amazing and even though it might take a few listens we will in time realise it's brilliance and it will get better with every listen.

I'm absolutely floored by these snippets. This could honestly be her best album to date. These songs are so classic and have a real cinematic feel. Here is my quick take:

Diamond Heart: huge anthemic chorus, possible allusions to stripping? I smell a single

A-YO: Definitely single material, super catchy, everything I like about MANiCURE with better lyrics, I wish there were background vocals on the chorus like she had in the live performance

Joanne: BEAUTIFUL, chilling melody. I cry just thinking about her singing this to her dad

John Wayne: A head banger for sure, ready to hear more

Dancin' in Circles: This should honestly be the next single. And I need a video with gypsy belly dancing

Sinner's Prayer: Sounds very similar to the Nashville performance.

Come to Mama: Sounds like a song in a musical, very old-school. Super catchy

Hey Girl: I'm really amazed at how well their voices fit together, looking forward to hearing the chorus

Angel Down: THE BEST SONG ON THE ALBUM HOLY SH*T THE FEELS, I want to say its about all the violence in the world (people see victims of tragedy but just stare and don't do anything about it)

Grigio Girls: The lyrics are a little cheesy but I really love the feel of the song. Gives me Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants vibes

Just Another Day: Give me that Stefani-meets-The Beatles song that I love

They really should just release these in HQ at this point. They're not going to go away; they're everywhere. We're only two weeks out. I think a bunch of 30 second snippets are fine at this point.

Dancing in Circles and Diamond Heart are my most anticipated tracks. This whole album sounds very passionate.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.
