Or what I should say I don't wanna come off like "OH MY GOD PLEASE BE CAREFUL LOOK AT THIS SICKO THREATENING TO SHOOT UP THAT PLACE AND HURT GAGA AND YOU GUYS AND THE CROWD" ya know? Well, I can try, but it will be complicated and not ensured, Emergency dispatch centers (called public service answering points, or PSAPs) are responsible for tending to the needs of those in their designated areas. These centers are not guaranteed to find a center for you in another part of the country, but that doesn't mean they won't try.
