Not fat shaming but he is trying to look like someone that is much lighter than him and if David is the same size as him you can bet its cause of his muscle mass. It would be much easier to first make the easiest free physical change you can do which is loose weight. See how you feel about yourself then. He could see the new change in his face and love himself truly. Since Beckam was the sexiest man alive he probably bainwashed himself to want to look like him. I see nothing wrong with enhancing what you already have but enhancing to look like someone else is bad. The guy who had surgery to look like bieber killed himself.
