Celebs do it to get hydrated and get a healthy glow, it's quite common, there are clinics in NY where you can make an appointment and get it done.

I got one in the hospital when I had a stomach flu and was severely dehydrated, and the next day my skin looked great, I was expecting horror in the mirror, and I was like "this stuff is great!"

it's to rehydrate your body more efficiently than drinking fluids. Doctors use it 1000+ times a day. Literally nothing related to being rich
