Sanders warns about voting for Johnson

On climate change, Johnson admits it is “probably” happening and that humans are “probably” causing it — but believes the federal government should focus “on regulations that protect us from real harm.” (In 2011, he said, “The sun is going to actually grow and encompass the Earth, right? So global warming is in our future.”)

In July, the former New Mexico governor was asked on HBO’s “Real Time With Bill Maher” whether he had a “comprehensive plan to combat climate change.”

“No,” Johnson replied.

Then in August, after signaling he would consider a carbon tax — something Sanders endorsed during the primary — Johnson told supporters at a rally in New Hampshire he had “determined that, you know what, it’s a great theory, but I don’t think it can work.”

Johnson also supports a number of things Sanders built his campaign political fighting against — like corporate donations in politics and the Trans-Pacific Partnership — and disagrees with Sanders’ plan to make public colleges and universities tuition free.

On foreign policy, the Libertarian hopeful has drawn attention in recent weeks for a pair of face-palm-inducing flubs: appearing to be unfamiliar with Aleppo, the war-torn Syrian city; and not being able to name a single foreign leader he admires.

If people are just going to vote for a third party just to "stick it to the man—or woman" then that's really doing nothing.

If you're going to vote fro someone, vote for someone who you agree with, don't just vote for someone because you're angry or upset that your candidate didn't get chosen.

I don't know. I'm sort of torn about the issue, especially when it comes to this year's politics. 

Yeah, technically you would be wasting your vote, but at the same time, it's better to vote than not vote at all. At least in that way your voice is being heard, and if you genuinely believe that Johnson or Stein is your candidate, then you should be able to vote for th

Kill Stein sucks ass and has no knowledge or background in politics. Her supporters attack trump for no experience but she has none either. Her career is built on running for president. Millennialis need to suck it up and vote Clinton

Well im a Libertarian so I completely do not agree with his policies but thats not why im against him, im against him as a person who will be America's president.. When BLM attacked him and called him and his followers white racist, he got so scared and gave them money and then he sold out and betrayed his followers just because hes too scared that mean Trump will win! As much as I hate Hilary and Trump, I prefer them more than Sanders. If you ask who I would love as president I would say Ron Paul who was in Sanders position many years ago and continues his revolution that is still big today and making changes.

Well she is from the Green Party... I actually like quite a lot of her policy positions.

The party's focus on renewable energy jobs is not only a great way to reduce the carbon footprint of the U.S (which is greatly needed) but economic experts have said the multiplier economic effects of the deal would recoup its initial costs. Really in favour of her plan there, the U.S desperately needs to lead on this issue.

Her free education plan is great for students and is an investment moving forward, her policies match very well with the BLM movement, she advocates for the freedom of political prisoners like Chelsea Manning, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden.

She is radical and I don't agree with her on a lot, but if she had a shot in hell then maybe she would be someone you could consider more readily. As of now she doesn't have the numbers, a vote third party is a wasted vote.

At this point it really doesn't even matter if Jill Stein is or isn't a good potential president. She isn't in the race. The choice is between Clinton and Trump and that's how people need to think. If you're a progressive who votes Jill Stein you are doing nothing to prevent a Trump presidency, and there is a lot to lose under a Trump presidency.

I know a lot of people, including me won't vote for Hillary or Trump because they're both awful. I know I honestly couldn't sleep at night knowing I voted for someone I didn't believe and truthfully downright hated. Just my 2 cents.
