The game is being won in different fields. But you can't deny the FACT that she didn't perform the song much (if not at all), PI didn't get exposure I really like the song, and it saddens me that many people (GP) won't know about it at all because they didn't get to hear it, or see a FREAKING HOT performance for it. But it is not so much a reflection of her fanbase as it is a sign that Gaga is so well known that she is kind of beyond being just a celebrity. That isn't always the case, but right now, for sure. As for Kanye, if he could just be a slightly more likable person, that would be nice. Because you can hardly see his genius over his giant head. Otherwise, I will agree he is indeed a popstar, always really has been, and continues to make stellar music that is underappreciated, even though I only respect him as an artist. I agree with everything you said. Kanye's genius is so underappreciated because of his personality but at the very least, it makes him memorable.
