I do think the possible promo single will be a ballad and as she talks about Joanne in interviews a lot, I think it will be that.  Perfect promo for the album considering it's the title track but probably not radio friendly enough to be a single.

Surprised no one has said this already but I am betting she will do X Factor as well, she did in 2013 when she was in the UK around this time. Perfect timing as that's when they start having live guests and XFactor is the biggest promo for UK. So exciting!
