Mister Gaga 22,857
Stan something that you don't like, that would be a fake fan. I fall in love with gaga because of her music, visuals and abilities to perform. I can't feel anything now...PI is meh, i only, truly, enjoy it when i'm drunk; i watched the video two times, we didn't get ONE performance...sooo, i'd be a fake fan if i stan this era. I still have hopes for the album tho. If i like it, i'll stay loyal to her.
AlphaMonster 1,806
I hope that Gaga does not lose her fever as a performer. I would stan for Gags as long as she sings and dances her ass off. Only way I would stop being a fan of Gags is if she becomes a new Britney, dead on the outside, dead on the inside. pachinko 10,354
I don't know. I'm just so lost this era. It's not the same. It's not a good feeling. We all sense it.
sarahb 16,576
Both times when I went to her shows, I end up being on this insane, crazy high where I'm always like 'I DON'T CARE WHAT SHE DOES I WILL STAN HER FOR LIFE', so yeah, as long as I remember how I felt then, I don't think I'm going anywhere. Do you feel him sir?

blackcoffee 1,264
See, Joanne sounds right up my alley. So many of my favorite musicians and all the early reviews are hinting at sounds inspired by most of my favorite genres of music. I truly believe this will be her most cohesive piece of work that will be adored by critics. As far as GP, who knows, and honestly for me, who cares. Looking at the Top 40...well my taste in music definitely doesn't align with that list. I'm stoked she's saying away from that current sound and ecstatic with the sonic direction she's taking. My enjoyment of the music isn't affected by other people's dissatisfaction. I think it's super premature to call this a "flop" era though...a Top 15 debut is really no small matter...most artist can only dream of that. Is it her old numbers, no, but even if she sold herself out to current trends, I highly doubt she would have broken the Top 10 for debuting. The majority of professional reviews for PI were positive...that's not a flop. With Joanne, she'll more than likely debut #1, have one of the highest selling albums of the year, and will more than likely have critical acclaim for the album, not to mention the GP that may be turned on by this new Gaga. That's all speculation on both parts, like I said, I just highly doubt it'll flop. I've been around since 2008 and this is honestly the most excited I've been for an album. Are you guys ready to keep stanning for Gaga as she approaches what seems to be the most irrelevant era of her career? This post is not satire. I've been "Gaga's biggest fan" in my daily life for the last 8 years. Everyone (EVERYONE) who knows me knows that I find some of my biggest inspiration in life from Gaga's artistic output. But 'Joanne' era is shaping up to be her biggest "flop" era of her career. And I'm not sure that I'm going to enjoy the album beyond the first 4 or 5 listens. Are you ready to keep stanning? Or will you move on to greener pastures? I will continue to stan for 2008 - early 2016 Gaga until the day I die. But I'm honestly not sure yet if I can stan for 'Joanne.' I strongly get the feeling that Gaga may have "lost it" with this project when it comes to her artistry. ALL of these interviews are making me absolutely CRINGE. It's like I don't even know her anymore. I honestly hope that I look back on this post next month after hearing the album and think "how foolish was I to doubt her?!" ... but sitting here today at the end of September, I'm really not sure if I'm going to be here for this era. I'm sure the music will be "good enough" but I'm not sure if it will be stan-worthy. I JUST DON'T KNOW. All the "insider" info makes it sound like the kind of album that I actively avoid!! The polar opposite of what I show up to the Gaga show for. I mean, the "Jeff" review yesterday left me feeling like.... Anyway the point is... Regardless of what 'Joanne' turns out to be... Are you ready to keep the Gaga flame alive even if you aren't here for this project? Because I am. Gaga deserves to be remembered as a legend. She's one of the greats. It's on us, sistrens. We have to keep the dream alive. Gaga is bigger than an "era." She's earned her right to explore her artistic interests beyond my personal taste. I will keep on stanning, even if I'm let down with Joanne. Becuase I love Gaga and I love what she represents. Where do you stand? OMG! this is exactly, I'm not kidding it is exactly how I'm feeling right now!, I was worried to express myself like you did cause I didn't want to be dragged by other fans
Decodekid 28,088
yes ! even if a music/era is not that good, i will still be by her side, gaga is much more than just making music Long Live Gretchen

Enhsa 2,043
Yes, I Survived ARTPOP and still surviving this era too, tbh I don't care as long as the music is good
Borislshere 52,964
I don't care if gaga has to resort to bar tours, i'll support her no matter what. It would be incredibly ignorant to to stop liking her or anyone because of their commercial success i don't care how long you've stanned her.

AyaKara 2,281
Of course. There have been things in Gaga's career that I didn't agree with or care for, but I respect her decisions and artistic process. I'm personally looking forward to Joanne very much. Little Monster for life.
