I have sympathy for innocent Palestinian people who don't have basic human rights, who are living under military law, who are abused and killed on daily basis, whose homes are demolished (so more illegal settlets can move in) and who are forever refugees without right of return. And supporting boycott, divestment and sanctions on Israel is completely normal thing to do, it was done to South African apartheid, and it's only making things worse if governments are trying to take basic rights like that away. Fact is Peres has a big part in Israels financial and military power today and has made a lot for peace, even when it made him unpopular among Israeli public. Fact is Obama, the Clintons, Holland and others will arrive to share some last respect with him at his funeral.
