They saved it ask 4K = Upscaling it. Same thing as taking a 1200x1200 picture and saving it as 3600x3600 on Photoshop. It's not a real 3600x3600 photo, it's upscaled. It's like saying a video with 60fps is the same thing as one that has 25fps. Also, it's not JUST about the resolution of the video.
