Inner cities absolutely suck and cause the poverty that minorities are dealing with. Poverty leads to crime, and the government is not treating African Americans well. You reduce the poverty, that will reduce the crime. Less crime means less tension, means more agreeable decision making that can improve relations between minorities and law enforcement. That will ultimately solve a huge part of the problem. Trump also won the economic portion, and ruled in the beginning. Hillary won the rest, however.
