Call me a pessimist, but I've been feeling like this for a long time.

He'll definitely calm down a bit if he actually becomes the president.

Excuse me, but who is this woman that I keep seeing in funny gifs?:toofunny:

Trump would greatly affect the entire direction of the country for the next several decades...in a negative way for anyone who isn't a white, straight, religious, conservative male.

Trump isn't really religious, though.

Like Bobby Jindal said:

“Now you may have recently heard and seen that Donald Trump said that the Bible is his favorite book. Yet, when asked, he couldn’t even name a specific or a single Bible verse that was important to him, that had an impact on him. Well do you know why? Well it’s clear, Donald Trump’s never read the Bible. The reason we know he’s never read the Bible—he’s not in the Bible.”

The delulu Bernie Bros (just corrected for Skank)  who can't admit he lost because he didn't get the most votes and failed to engage the minority community, who can't admit Bernie couldn't sell his policies due to lack of specifics and the fact that people simply didn't want their taxes to increase, their 401Ks to be affected, or their standard of living to change.

Yes, Trump would greatly affect the entire direction of the country for the next several decades...in a negative way for anyone who isn't a white, straight, religious, conservative male. And yes, his deciscions would also greatly affect the planet, just like Bush's did. Let the Alt Right and Tea Party nuts win and see what you get.

For the record, I happen to agree with everything you said in this post. Which is precisely why dismissing any individual who praises Bernie Sanders as a "Bernie Bro" is a problem.

For the record, I've referred to Bernie supporters as just that, for months and months. The only reason I mentioned the term Bernie Bros tonight was in reference to the small, delusional group that believes in conspiracy theories or won't let go or think long term.

A very interesting model to predict the outcome of the general election. I thought he would use some calculation that foucses on the electoral college system.

It's funny that even if Trump wins, he'll most likely loose the popular vote. If I'm not mistaken, he currently holds a narrow lead in Ohio and Florida, as well as in Nevada, North Carolina and Iowa. Which means that Trump has to win either Colorado or New Mexico to claim 270 electoral votes and become the president of the USA. Besides, he's competing for New Hampshire and a part of Maine electoral votes as well :emma:

But even if he wins, I'm glad the USA have the Constitution that protects people from Trump acting as if he had some uncontrolled power; either way he'll have to deal with the strong presence of DNC in the Senate and it's not clear whether the House of Representatives will be blue or red.

can't wait to move on the Lunar Orbital Station in 2030, tbh :madge:

First off, you won't be able to visit. If built, only qualified astronauts will be manning the station.

Second, you can't move there, treating the station as your permanent domicile. Humans can only remain so long in space. The lack of Earth's gravity has adverse health effects. For example, your bones will lose density. Your muscles will atrophy. Etc.

The .gif shows Madonna in a rain jacket with a serious look on her face.

I wasn't sure how to interpret it.
